    1. Acceptance

    By accessing this website or engaging A Solution for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.

    2. Services

    A Solution provides custom software development, AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure, and product design services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.

    3. Intellectual property

    Upon receipt of full payment, all work product created by A Solution specifically for a client engagement — including source code, designs, and documentation — is assigned to the client. A Solution retains no ownership or license over client-specific deliverables.

    A Solution retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in delivering services, unless explicitly transferred in writing.

    4. Confidentiality

    A Solution treats all client information as confidential. We do not disclose project details, technical specifications, or business information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. We are happy to sign an NDA prior to any engagement.

    5. Payment

    Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Fixed-price engagements are typically invoiced in milestones (e.g., 50% on kick-off, 50% on delivery). Retainer engagements are invoiced monthly in advance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

    6. Limitation of liability

    A Solution's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
